How do I send my files to you?
To send your files to us, simply create an account and select New Job. Here you are able to tell us a bit about your file and send your file(s) to us. Our upload facility works across all platforms, whether you're using a desktop, tablet or mobile.
How do I receive my completed transcript?
You can choose between receiving your transcripts via email or by downloading them from your private, online account accessible only by a unique password that you create. In some instances clients may request that their transcripts be uploaded back to them directly via their systems, which must be arranged beforehand.
Are my files treated as confidential?
Absolutely! Our transcription services process highly confidential matters on a daily basis and confidentiality remains paramount throughout all areas of service. We take numerous measures to ensure confidentiality, including client and staff NDA's, password and encryption protection and secure upload systems.
Can I request a custom transcript template?
Yes. If you have a custom template you would like us to use during the transcription process, please state this in the additional information box on the New Job request. Alternatively please contact our customer service team who can assist you.
What does full verbatim transcription mean?
This is a verbatim transcript, which includes ums and ahs, repeated words, half sentences, background noises, and verbiage.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most digital audio formats. These include: wav, mp3, mp4, ogg, aiff, aif, m4a, mov, wma, avi, flv, 3gp, 3gpp, 3ga, amr, caf, m4v, dss, mxf. As a rule of thumb, if you can play a media file on your computer, we should be able to transcribe it.
Where is my data stored?
Data which you enter through our website is securely stored in the United Kingdom. Any data which you send when uploading a file is securely held on our system for a maximum of 90 days. After this time it is permanently deleted.
